Brief Profile He has more than 8 years of experience in various fields like research, teaching and administration. Shahid Jibran has worked with institutions like JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir and has successfully managed some key projects jointly in collaboration with the Ministry of Food Processing & Industries (Govt of India) and Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. Also, he has more than fifteen research publications in various national and international journals.

Dr. Azra Mufti

Brief Profile: Dr. Arza Mufti holds a doctorate degree in business management and have authored two books. She has worked as assistant professor in various educational institutes and worked as field investigator in major research projects. She has been a part of various awareness programs and delivered lectures on various social issues like domestic violence, mental health issues, child abuse and sexual abuse. She has delivered guest lectures in various legal awareness programs in different universities of the state.

Radhika Sharma

Brief Profile: Ms. Radhika Sharma holds a masters degree in Sociology and is a development sector professional with approximately 4 years of proven experience in projects related to Health, Education, SWM and livelihoods where she has been responsible for program management including planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting. She has prior experience of working as a Development officer in Plastic waste management Project under UNDP, Social auditing of Centrally Sponsored Mid-Day Meal scheme (MDM) in J&K State sponsored by Government of J&K (School Education Department) and many such organizations. She has also volunteered with eminent organizations such as Childline Jammu, Red Cross Society, snd DISHA Volunteer Organization, Jammu.

Rajan Kumar
