I Was Born to Lose, But I Chose to Win

Women play an important role in building a strong society. Yet, encouraging more women for leadership positions remains critical given the tough challenges that the future holds. Despite the reasons for optimism, the overall number of women in top business roles is still painfully low. Today, women are rising to positions of greater responsibility and leadership; notwithstanding monolithic roadblocks that thoroughly obstruct their access to positions of authority. In this panel, we bring together women leaders to share their experiences of "breaking the glass ceiling" and discuss issues pertinent to women's leadership.
